"Pathways to Excellence" refers to a program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) that recognizes healthcare organizations that actively create positive work environments for nurses, signifying a commitment to fostering a healthy practice environment where nurses can excel and thrive; essentially, it's a designation awarded to healthcare facilities that prioritize nurse well-being and professional development within their workplace culture.
