Mary Wells said she gave birth to identical triplets in March.
"For spontaneous identical triplets, it's about one in a million pregnancies," Wells said.
They already had four kids at home, so the triplets made seven.
Wells said everything was going well until one of the triplets, Jojo, was diagnosed with liver cancer a few weeks ago.
"This is one of those cancers where they're not really sure what causes it but they suspect that it's just some genetic mutation in the growing liver," Wells said.
Wells has taken an extended leave from work as she's been at the hospital with Jojo around the clock.
"It's been really difficult, because we do have the other kids at home they miss me because I'm here at the hospital with Jojo most of the time," Well said.
Wells and her family are staying positive, hoping to make this holiday season special with some help from the community.
"There is a list for Jojo and her siblings with some needs and some Christmas wishes," Wells said. "We'd really like to make this Christmas special for the other kids since I'm not really there for them this season."
The family has launched a GoFundMe page and has a Facebook page with their story.
