An injury threatened her momentum and resulted in her dropping the title but a return, rivalry with Liv Morgan, and separation from The Judgment Day and boy toy Dominik Mysterio officially launched her into the stratosphere of top-level stars in WWE, making her one of the most popular stars on any show.
She never did beat Morgan to take back the title, the creative surrounding that program fell off considerably, and the feud remains unfinished. Still, it is impossible not to look at Ripley, her aura, and her presentation, and not recognize that the company has firmly established her as a star on the level of Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns as someone who can main event any show on which she appears, sell a ton of merchandise, and represent WWE in nearly any scenario.
