(WALA) - Colder air is arriving and we expect near freezing temperatures tonight for the Gulf Coast. We expect to see wind chills that will be in the middle 20s tomorrow morning and most locations will see morning temperatures that will be close to freezing.
The wind stays up some to start the day and daytime highs will be limited on your Saturday with temperatures in the low 50s. It looks like another cold night on Saturday night with lows down near freezing.
We have the opportunity for a heavy frost Saturday night with lighter winds and clear skies. Sunday, expect temperatures in the upper 50s with plenty of sunshine.
Things warm up a little bit next week with some clouds and highs in the low 60s on Monday. On Christmas Eve we will see partly cloudy skies and high up near 70. Rain chances are possible on Christmas with scattered showers and highs near 70 degrees.
