The Denver Broncos initially signed 13 members of their practice squad to reserve/future contracts following the 2024 season, making it appear that four players would not return.
At least one of them will return.
The Broncos are signing wide receiver Michael Bandy to a reserve/future deal, according to The Denver Gazette's Chris Tomasson. Bandy is now set to return for the 2025 campaign.
The 27-year-old Bandy has appeared in 12 games in his NFL career, including one game in Denver during the 2023 season. He spent all of 2024 on the Broncos' practice squad. The receiver/returner has 10 career receptions for 89 yards and four kickoff returns for 88 yards in his career.
Denver still has not re-signed wide receiver David Sills, tight end Donald Parham or offenisve tackle Cam Fleming.
Players that are not on an active roster at the end of the season are eligible to sign reserve/future deals. After signing reserve contracts, players officially join the 90-man offseason roster when the new league year begins in March.
